Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Ships in 2–3 business days. Brittany packs each order herself.
• Tracked US shipping with USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2–5 days once it's on its way. You'll get the tracking number by email.
• Shipping is added at checkout, one flat price per order however many pieces you get.
• Gift-boxed. Every necklace comes in a little kraft box, ready to give.
• US only for now. Somewhere else? Ask and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

• Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its box, and you'll get a full refund for the necklace.
• How: get in touch first and Brittany will send the return address. Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refunded.
• Refunds go back to your original payment within 5 days of the necklace arriving back.
• Made-for-you pieces (from “Ask for one like it”) are final sale, since they're made just for you.

Arrived broken?

Glass is tough, but the mail can be tougher. If anything arrives damaged, get in touch within 7 days with a photo. Brittany will repair it or refund it, shipping included.

Caring for glass

• Take it off to swim, shower or sleep.
• Keep perfume and lotion off the beads and wire.
• Store it in its box so the beads don't knock against other jewelry.
• Wipe it with a soft dry cloth to bring the shine back.
